Pickleball Log keeps your pickleball history on your iPhone. There is no Pickleball Log account and no Pickleball Log server, so there is nowhere for us to send it.

Nothing is collected by us. We operate no servers, no accounts and no analytics. We receive no data about you or your use of the app, and we could not identify you if we tried.

All of it lives in the app's storage on your iPhone. It is included in your normal iPhone backup, which is Apple's, not ours. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Pickleball Log asks for location access so it can tell when you arrive at and leave the courts you chose. It uses geofencing: iOS tells the app that a boundary was crossed. Your location is never sent anywhere. It is not stored as a track or a history of where you have been — only as arrivals and departures at courts you picked yourself.
Pickleball Log needs "Always" access to notice a session while the app is closed. It works with "While Using" too, and you can change or revoke this at any time in Settings. Refusing it means logging sessions by hand; nothing else changes.
Both are Apple services, used with your action, and neither involves us.
When you search for a court to add, what you type is sent to Apple Maps to return matching places. This is Apple's MapKit service and is covered by Apple's privacy policy. It happens only while you are searching.
If you use the microphone button to dictate a note, Pickleball Log uses Apple's speech recognition. Where your iPhone supports on-device recognition, the audio never leaves the device and Pickleball Log requests that mode. On devices or languages that do not support it, Apple processes the audio on their servers under Apple's privacy policy. Typing a note involves no such processing.
If you subscribe, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Pickleball Log receives only whether a subscription is active. We never see your name, payment details or billing address.
Pickleball Log is not directed at children under 13 and collects nothing from anyone.
Because your data is on your device and not in our possession, you already have complete control of it. You can export everything from within the app — sessions, expenses, equipment and courts as CSV, and every photo as a file — and delete any of it — a session, a photo, a court, or the whole app — without asking us. There is no request for us to fulfil and no account for us to close.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change ever means the app sends data somewhere, it will be announced in the app before it takes effect, not just on this page.
